No complaints whatsoever, we liked the place. The staff were both helpful and very nice. The location for Bergamo was excellent, adjacent to the città Alta in around 20- 25 minutes, and the historic centre. Spent our evenings in nearby Panissimo enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our child felt welcomed and comfortable. The child-friendly area was equipped with colorful toys and games, providing endless entertainment for our little one. It was a true paradise for our little adventurer!

My wife says that a small indoor playground would be a great addition for families with children.

Everything was very good during 1 day, loved its excellent and stunning location very close to the centre of Citta Bassa and a quiet area. All the staff was amicable and accommodating, solved my issues.

The owner was very friendly and provided clear instructions for check-in. The bed was super comfortable and the linen was of great quality. Everything was very clean and the breakfast had good choices. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the nearby restaurant. I had a positive experience at Bergamo Sottosopra and would recommend it.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and had a great vibe, with a lovely balcony. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to help, even guiding me to the hotel when my GPS malfunctioned.

Our stay at Sottosopra was absolutely charming. The hostess provided us with fantastic advice on exploring the city, which led us to discover the beautiful Citta Alta. The calm atmosphere and lovely balcony made for a relaxing stay. Although the lock on our bedroom and bathroom was a bit tricky, it didn't detract from our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a traditional and homely stay in Bergamo. we had a great time and would gladly return.
